INTRODUCTION
The team of FSB Development, LLC proudly introduces Vero Beach's latest and most comprehensive storage facility of all time. Two-thirds of the team were the original developers of Vero Autohaus, which was introduced with rave reviews and unit sellout virtually overnight.
That team has partnered with one of South Florida's premier commercial and residential construction firms to offer luxury storage units for sale at Fortified Storage Center in the heart of Vero Beach, Florida. Lending to its namesake, the individual units and facility as a whole will be "Fortified" against the elements with hurricane-rated, all-metal buildings having oversized automatic opening overhead doors. The facility exceeds all minimum Florida state building code requirements, and has been designed to withstand 170mph windspeed.
The project has been purposely designed with a limited number of available units, offering the exclusivity our clients demand and enjoy. Unit occupancy will be available in late 2022.

The FSB Development team is comprised of the following premier Vero Beach Florida design and build professionals
Dr. William Stoddard PE, lead structural engineer and one of the principals of Schulke, Bittle, and Stoddard Engineering (SBS) firm in Vero Beach, holds a Ph.D. in structural engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Stoddard has designed many of the state of Florida's premier commercial and residential properties in well over 20 years of practice in his art.
Engineer Jodah Bittle PE holds a professional engineering degree from the University of Florida and leads the site development team at SBS Engineering Firm in Vero Beach. Jodah has designed some of the more complex and comprehensive site plans for commercial properties located throughout Florida for over 20 years.
Joseph M. Foglia, a Florida State licensed general contractor and principal of Foglia Contracting Corp, was licensed in 1986 and has been extremely active in the construction industry ever since. He has developed and built multitudes of commercial and luxury residential projects throughout Florida for over 35 years.
